MCPForge is operated by Kamil Olczyk, an individual. You can contact us at kamolc4@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Account data: email address, name, and encrypted password when you register.
  • Usage data: MCP servers you create, OpenAPI specs you upload, request counts.
  • Payment data: billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription plan.
  • Session data: a session cookie to keep you logged in.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and debugging purposes.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the MCPForge service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, deployment notifications).
  • To improve the service and fix issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

We use one session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

To understand how visitors use MCPForge, we collect basic, anonymized analytics: the page visited, the referring website, and a one-way hash of your IP address and browser combined with the current date. This hash cannot be reversed to identify you and is used only to estimate unique visitor counts. No cookie is set for this purpose.

  • Access: request a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your account and data.
  • Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial reasons (e.g. billing records for 7 years).

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure session management. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

MCPForge is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make significant changes. Continued use of MCPForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
