Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using MCPForge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. MCPForge is operated by Kamil Olczyk. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MCPForge converts OpenAPI specifications into hosted MCP (Model Context Protocol) server endpoints. The Service allows AI agents such as Claude and Cursor to interact with your API.

3. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use MCPForge to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems.
  • Overload or abuse the infrastructure (DDoS, scraping at excessive rates).
  • Resell the Service without written permission.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
  • All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any OpenAPI specifications and content you upload to MCPForge. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and host it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Intellectual Property

MCPForge, its logo, and all related software are owned by Kamil Olczyk. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPForge and Kamil Olczyk are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
